Who is NeoBoxPC, Embedded Shop ?  (NBP)
NeoBoxPC (NBP) is the on-line shop of  NeoMore, a well known french distributor of embedded products in Real-Time and  Industrial computing, estalished in 2003.

Does the product portfolio available on NBP is similar to NeoMore’s one ?
The product portfolio available on NBP is a synthesis of NeoMore’s offer, based on products which fit to online sales for cost and immediate delivery reasons. All product of a given manufacturer are not necessary available within NBP.

Product portfolio for the french market and export may differ.
Due to product complexity, distribution contracts and export limitations, some products may be not available for all geographical areas.

Why don’t you sell to Individual by default ?
Most of the products sold by NBP are requiring high technical skills usually mainly found in professional usage. For safety reasons or minimum required skills, it is not necessary a good thing to sell them to individual. Once this said, upon request, we do sell to individual.
For individuals who whish nevertheless buy a product, please contact us prior the purchase.

How can I get some assistance on the purchased  product ?
The support of the product sold by NBP is done by our technical expert in relation with the manufacturer support.
Support is done exclusively done by email. Support request.

How long does it take to get an answer ?
An answer is provided within 48 hours (working days), but generally within the day of the request.

How are repairs  handled during the warranty period ?
Repairs are done following the manufacturer’s repair policy.
A return request must be done prior to any return. Return Request.
Shipment charges to send to NBP office (Plaisir, France) are at customer’s charge, NeoBoxPC is taking over the shipment cost to return the repaired product.

After the expiration of the warranty period, is it sill possible to get my product repaired ?
NeoBoxPC is handling repairs after the expiration of the warranty period on a case by case basis.
A repair quote will be established prior any product return. Repair Quote Request.

What are the delivery times ?
Stock items are generally sent, upon payment reception, within 24 hours.(working days)
Within the case, ordered products can not be shipped within the next 5 workings days, an email with the estimated delivery time will be sent to you. You will have the possibility to cancel the order if you estimate the delivery time too long and not be charged on your credit card. Warning : nothing will be done until we get your approval of the delivery time.

How are shipment costs calculated ?
Shipment cost are calculated with taking in count weight, volume and final destination.
Transport is done by specialized carrier (UPS, Fedex, DHL, …) depending of product and destination. All shipment have a tracking number and are delivered versus signature.

How to get a quote?
This webshop provides automated quotations. Once you have filled your cart, you will have to create your account with your details (this does not engage you in any matter).
Once connected, the 'Cart Contents' page proposes you a "Quotation" button. Pressing it will display a PDF document.

What is the fastest way to order ?
The fastiest way to order is the order with on-line secure credit card payment.
The order processing can start immediatly after payment confirmation. For simple stock items this could lead to a same day shipment for orders before 15H00.
In case of payment by wire transfer, shipment can be done only after money reception.
 
What are the payment methods available on NBP ?
NeoBoxPC is using the 3D-Secure Credit Card payment system of Banque Populaire (France).
NeoBoxPC is never entering in possession of your credit card coordinates.
Money transfer can be done upon request of NBP bank coordinates.
